The  Tiramisu

A creamy, white Belgian chocolate shell filled with layered whipped coffee and rich marsala ganaches. A handmade chocolate using high quality ingredients, made in small batches or to order; hand-painted using an organic cocoa butter with a slight sparkle!


The Rosemary & Thyme  

A Belgian milk chocolate shell containing a fragrant, smooth ganache with a balance of savoury notes from the rosemary and a sweeter undertone of thyme. Handmade in small batches or to order using high quality ingredients; individually decorated using organic cocoa butter colours.

The Limoncello

,A smooth, Belgian milk chocolate shell filled with a tangy limoncello curd. A handmade chocolate using high quality ingredients. Made in small batches or to order; individually unique in appearance as all are hand decorated using coloured, organic cocoa butters. 

Wedding Favours

I can create beautiful wedding favours to compliment your colour scheme. The ones pictured here were for an Easter Wedding. Brides choice - blush pink in colour and a Gin & Tonic flavour
Grooms choice - blue in colour and a Salted Caramel flavour

Chocolate shoes!

I can make you a special gift of a shoe in colours of your choice! Just a little something quirky and fun - makes a good hen party or bridesmaids gift too!

Just bars!

Choose a type of chocolate you would like - milk, plain etc. Then think of a colour (or two or more!).
Possibly add flavouring (dried fruit, nuts etc) and then I will create you a bespoke, one-off bar of delicious chocolate.

My choccies

All chocolates are handmade with love as well as delicious Belgian chocolate and high-quality ingredients. All chocolates are freshly made and as such, I do not hold a stock.

Available as a selection box or all the same flavour, they make a lovely present - for yourself or someone else. I can do mini-boxes for wedding favours, baby showers or other events; I can match your colour scheme and make the fillings that you prefer. Corporate events and gifts can also be designed and made as can orders for restaurants.

I can do demonstration evenings for groups - please message me to discuss this. 

Also, if you are local to Northampton, why don't you and a few friends have a session learning how to make chocolates - I run sessions for a maximum of 6 people.



About me.......

I have many years experience in the food industry including working as a Hotel and Restaurant Inspector as well as a food teacher. I am a small business who cares about my customers and what they want. I can create colours and fillings that you would like. I need time to prepare your order as everything is fresh - I do not hold stock for that reason.
